Deposit required to hold delivery date. Flight details will be provided in group text. Balance of the delivery fee MUST be paid via invoice sent to email of the PAYOR while furry baby is in transit to destination.
Breeder & Buyer confirms this delivery and accept all risk for transporting by air or ground
Furry babies weight MUST be under 18lbs and able to fit comfortable in soft side carrier 18" x 11' x 10.5" for us to accept your booking.
Pets over 18lbs MUST be pre-approved prior to transportation (Additional fee applies)
Breeder is required to drop off pup or kitten 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time curbside. Deliveries are ALWAYS on scheduled if you have not received a notification from us disclosing any delays or cancellation to your itinerary. Buyers are always encouraged to input the flight number and airline in a google search to see status and keep track of flight. Once furry baby have been picked up; flight nanny will always send a notification and picture.
Once we receive your booking, a group text message will be created within 48 hours which includes all necessary information pertaining to your delivery. (Flight Information, Airports, Meeting location, etc ....)
Breeder & Buyer MUST have access to cell phone texting
Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if delivery is cancelled within seven (7) days before delivery date by Breeder or Buyer. Due to the nature of our business, if flights are delayed, cancelled, or for any other reason beyond our control (Acts of God) Breeder and Buyer agrees to a seven (7) day reschedule plan. If we cannot delivery your pup/kitten within those seven (7) days a full refund will be granted. If Breeder or Buyer cancels within those seven (7) days, no refund will be granted.
It's always a requirement for the BREEDER to provide necessary paperwork for travel, a small sandwich bag of food, and two puppy pads.
It may be required from time to time to pay an additional $125 Pet In Cabin fee. (Flight Nanny will let you know if this fee is necessary on or before day of travel)

We use Happy Friends Logistics for all of our kitten transports. They hand carry our kittens on board as carry on, so they are always safe and well cared for. It is an excellent service for a very competitive price. They go above and beyond to get the job done and are always a pleasure to work with.
