Flight details will be shared via group text message prior to travel. The remaining balance of the delivery fee **must be paid via invoice** sent to the payor’s email while the pet is in transit to its destination.

The **Breeder is required to drop off the puppy or kitten curbside at least 1 hour prior** to the scheduled departure time. All deliveries operate on schedule unless you receive direct notification of delays or cancellations. Buyers are encouraged to track flight status independently using the airline and flight number. Once the pet has been picked up, the flight nanny will send a confirmation message along with a photo.
